Spiritual home,the manifestation of cultural condensation and sublimation,is the attribution of human spirit and is the foundation and realization as a man and also is the guarantee of modern social sustainable development.The modern world is booming extremely while the spiritual home has become distant and gradually melted into nothingness,which may make human get into the crisis of spirit loss and dislocation.The college and university students now lack the sense of responsibility,value and identity under the influence of the same dangerous situation.Therefore,paying close attention to,and helping students to build,the spiritual home is an inevitable demand of improving the quality of talents.Three basic preconditions namely cultural identity,rational consciousness and core values are required.From this point,colleges and universities need help students build spiritual home and recover the ecological harmony of spirit.
