Abstract
It’s a common problem to asphalt pavement of cement concrete bridge that temperature cracking of the pavement is generated in service time. It’s also an important subject to improve the crack resistance of the pavement. And cracking of low temperature is a primary reason to cause the destruction of deck.Based on a research and calculation of normal climate a typical system of asphalt pavement of concrete deck is analyzed, including the variation of pavement’s temperature, temperature gradient’s variation and the maximal temperature difference’s variation in continuous cooling.Ultimately, the result is aimed at providing pavement engineers with an efficient theory tool to increase the crack resistance of the asphalt pavement of deck.
