Abstract
Then new process of leaching pyrolusite directly out of sawdust-sulfuric acid is studied,and the principle and process conditions of the method are explored in details.The ideal condition for leaching pyrolusite is found out through single factor experiments to promote China's experiment research of the leaching rate of manganese ore.We can draw the conclusion from this experiment that the leaching rate of manganese in pyrolusite is influenced by the factors including the ratio of pyrolusite to the amount of sawdust,the ratio of the quality of pyrolusite to volume of sulfuric acid,concentration of sulfuric acid,the temperature and time of leaching,and others.With the method of directly leaching pyrolusite out of sawdust-sulfuric acid under the better process condition,the leaching rate of manganese can be up to 93% and above.
