Abstract
Using low dilution pyrolusite to leach manganese sulfate.Effect of the quantity rate between the pyrolusite and pyrites,the quantity rate between the pyrolusite and acid,reaction temperature and leaching time etc.on leaching rate were studied.The results showed that the optimal conditions for leaching process were as follows:the quantity rate between the pyrolusite and pyrites was 1∶ 0.90,the quantity rate between the pyrolusite and acid was 1∶ 1.5,leaching time was 2.5 h and reaction temperature was 95 ℃.Under this condition,the leaching rate can be more than 93%.
