Test Anxiety of Senior High School Students and its Relationship with Academic Self-Efficacy

Abstract

To describe the state of test anxiety of senior high school students,and explore the relationship between it with academic self-efficacy,3511 senior high schools students were measured by the Test Anxiety Questionnaire and the Academic Self-efficacy Questionnaire.The results showed:(1) the females’ test anxiety were significant higher than the males’(t=-4.66,p0.001),(2) there were strong negative correlations between academic self-efficacy and test anxiety(r=-0.40,p0.001),and academic self-efficacy had a significant prediction on test anxiety.
