Abstract
Aimed at the structure of ultrasonic motor with wave traveling, it presented an approximate calculating method of stator resonance frequency by simplifying composite material of stator model.With FEM the stator vibration mode and resonance frequency were given.As the similar results of two methods,it showed that the approximate method on the basis of simplified model could reflect reality of stator vibration.This was useful to define reasonably relevant parameters in construction design, and to raise efficiency and function of motor
