Abstract

Practice teaching is the subject of education and teaching of higher vocational education, based on the talent cultivation ideas of cooperation of school with enterprise and combination of working with learning, the Tourism (Restaurant) management specialty of Guangzhou City Vocational College has constructed practice teaching course, practice teaching base, practice teaching staff, practice teaching resource base and practice teaching management system by cooperation with enterprise, which has formed the quality assurance system for practice teaching suitable for the specialty characteristics.
