Clinical objective of Kangfuxin liquid in treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer

Objective To learn the clinical effect of Kangfuxin liquid in treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer(RAU).Methods We chose 84 patients with RAU.They were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group. The patients of the treatment group were given kangfuxin liquid;Chlorhexidine liquid and watermelon frost was given in control group.The clinical curative effect was evaluated after 10days.Then,studying the relapse rate after three months,six months, twelve months.Results The rate of total effective of the treatment group was 93.75%,the relapse rate of the one was 17.78%;the rate of total effective of the control group was 61.11%,the relapse rate of the one was 40.91%.Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid has a good clinical effect to cure RAU and relapse rate is control. It can be used extensively in clinic.
