Clinical effect of Kangfuxin liquid in treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Kangfuxin liquid in treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer(RAU).Methods Eighty cases were chosen and randomly divided into two groups.Group A was experiment group,treated with Kangfuxin liquid.Group B was control group,treated with Chlorhexidine liquid.The curative effect,the change of areas of ulcer and the analgesic time of two groups were compared after one week.Results Comparing the two groups,the effecacy of Group A(90.0%)was much higher than Group B(65.0%),and the change of areas of ulcer(80±3.4)mm2 was bigger than Group B.The time of producing analgesic effect of Group A(2.8±0.5)min was lower than Group B.The time of maintaining analgesic effect of Group A(32±1.2)min was higher than Group B.Significant changes were observed in statistics.Conclusion The Kangfuxin liquid has a good clinical effect on RAU,and it can be used extentively in clinic.
