Abstract
The reasons of project payment default was explained in construction field and its harm is also analyzed.The expounds on the corresponding measures against project payment default should be taken such as standardizing the construction market,strengthening legal system in construction field,improving project guarantee system,improving the credit management and enhancing the riskprevention consciousness of the contracting enterprises.
