Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of temperature to the concentration of alcohol in blood sample.Methods The concetration of alcohol in blood samples which preserved for different hours and under different temperature were determinated using head space gas chromatography(HS-GC).Results The blood concentration in samples those preserved in freezing and refrigeration for 30 days have not evident difference;those preserved in room temperature for 30 days have their concentration decreasing.Conclusion The better ways to preserve blood samples with alcohol is in freezing or refrigeration.
