Abstract

Using ethanol-water as leaching reagent, the technological factors extracting flavones from Ginkgo leaves are studied.According to the result of leaching efficiency,70%ethanol solution is selected as leaching reagent. The best conditions of extraction are determined by the orthogonal tests: leaching temperature is 70 ℃,and the ratio of solid to liquid is 1∶20,pH is 8.Under this condition, leaching efficiency of flavones from Ginkgo leaves can reach 92.2%.
