On the Urban Industrial Structure Evolution and Spatial Structure Transition under the New Economy Development Conditions

New economy is a new economic pattern that knowledge and information is the basic production factors,the intellectual capital and innovation is the core of the economy and the information network is the basic means of production.Based on the exploration of characteristics of new economy industries and its spatial distribution,under the new econo-my conditions,we can see that the urban industrial structure have a trend of light indus-try-dominated in screw-rise way,urban spatial structure tend to diffuse toward the outside in a whole,and the central urban area still have the demand of aggregation simultaneous-ly.Finally we can get enlightenments and suggestions for city planning from the macro,meso and micro aspects.
