Research on Difficulty and its Countermeasures of Tourism Development in the Middle of Hainan

There are excellent conditions to development tourism economic in the middle of Hainan.But comparing with the east and coastal area,the developmental level of tourism in the above area is relatively laggard,which is not in line with the resource and location-based advantage.Aiming at the difficulty of the tourism economic development,this paper presents some countermeasures.
