Abstract
The lag in development of Hainan higher education is attributed to some historical,economic and inherent reasons.It is very difficult for us to achieve the rapid development in a short period.Therefore,only when we grasp the construction opportunity of international tourism island,combine the geographical features of Hainan,and take the road of characteristics and connotative development path,can we break the bottleneck.
