Abstract

The proposal and establishment of the Doctrine of the Most Significant Relationship was an epochal event for the international private law in the 20th century.Combined with the developing course and the adopted situation of the Doctrine of the Most Significant Relationship,this paper analyzes the benefits and the costs of it,drawing people’s dialectical views on and applying the applicability of the new law.
