Abstract
As a new system in international private law, the origin and development of the doctrine of the most significant relationship are the result of politics economics culture and philosophy. The paper gives an analysis of the origin of the doctrine of the most significant relationship and its application in different countries, it also emphasizes that we must understand the problems and deal with them scientifically.
