Abstract
The value, form and mode of the constitutionalism demonstrate that the value of constitutionalism is maintaining and developing dignity and human rights, depending on limited politics power; that the form of constitutionalism manifests the replacement of the political problem in state by the law, settling who-what-why about politics power; treating the political problem, according to the judicial manner, which is its general representation.
