Abstract

This paper discusses the inherent motive, the way of construction in the forming of modern constitutionalism value and the inherent logical link between them. By analyzing the practice of modern constitutionalism, the author thinks the values of modern constitutionalism are: democracy, the substantive value of constitutionalism; rule by law, the formal value of constitutionalism; human rights, the core value of constitutionalism. The author specifically analyzes these value constitution.
