Adjacent Benzene two Formaldehyde on Endoscope Disinfection Effect Observation

Objective To investigate the adjacent benzene two formaldehyde for endoscope disinfection effect.Methods The experiment to our hospital from 2010 June to 2011 June,100 cases underwent endoscopy patients as the experimental object,the patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group of two groups,patients in the experimental group using the adjacent benzene two formaldehyde in endoscopic disinfection,while the patients in the control group using conventional approach for endoscopic disinfection,contrast analysis of two groups of patients with disinfection effect.Results After disinfection,the experimental group endoscopic residual bacterial species and quantities have been significantly reduced,which white cocci,Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli bacteria to kill rates have greatly reduce,control group endoscopic residual bacteria rate also has a lower degree,in two groups of patients with experimental data contrast with significant statistical difference(P0.05).Conclusion The experimental results show that,the adjacent benzene two formaldehyde for endoscope disinfection has a better effect,as well as higher clinical value.
