Abstract
Assembly model of mechanical product was abstracted into hierarchical relations between parts.Based on the analysis of parametric parts' data correlative and transmission,data heritage and transmission on assembly joint were built and parametric design for assembly was studied.According to data correlative of assembly model,parameter matching and connection between parts,geometry model and parametric model were analyzed,and then data of parametric parts were adaptively restructured according to assembly command.As an example,parametric design of transmission was developed based on Pro/E system.
