Abstract
According to analysis of data relation for parametric parts,assembly model of mechanical product can be abstracted into progressive cascade relationship between parts and part parameters are reconstructed to meet the requirement of assembly.Then data transmission and part drive relations on assembly joint are built.At last parameter matching and connection between design model and geometry model are realized and parametric design of whole mechanical product can be reached.As an example,the parametric design of a reducer is implemented by using Pro/E software.
