Abstract
The status and difficulties of domestic petroleum pipeline technology are introduced,pointing out the inevitability of the development of digital pipeline in the first place.Then the related basic concepts of digital pipeline are introduced,the 4S technology and system configuration which form the basis of digital pipeline are expatiated,the digital pipeline construction significance and current application at home and abroad are discussed.Finally,this paper points out the developing trend of digital pipeline in the future.
