On China's constitutional practice since the Third Plenary Session of the llth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China

After the Third Plenary Session of the llth Central Committee of the CPC,China entered the period of open and reform and construction of socialism with Chinese characteristcs,which is the period of innovative development of the constitutional practice of the CPC.It mainly went through four stages:restoring the position of the country's fundamental law of the constitution and building authoritative system,confirming the initial period of socialism and socialist market economy and recognizing private economy and Den Xiaoping Theory and ruling the country by law being written into the constitution and the three repesents,human rights and private property being written into the constitution.It is through the constitutional practice of the four stages that the Chinese people has headed for freedom step by step,the Chinese government has become a government of law and democracy little by little and China politics has become a politics based on legal theory.
