The Study on the Correlation Between the Industrialization and the Urbanization in Shaanxi Province

Abstract
Based on the empirical analysis with the econometrics software Eviews6.0 about the mutual function between industrialization and urbanization in Shaanxi province,we find out that industrialization has weak effect on the urbanization,but urbanization has strong effect on industrialization.This conclusion shows Shaanxi province emphasized on the chemical heavy industry but with lower employment rate in the past.It is the irrational industry structure that causes the in harmony and abnormality between them.The government should cultivate the 3rd industry and enhance the employment rate of non-agriculture people by development of the native economy and characteristic city.
