Abstract

Papain has a strong ability of hydrolyzing proteins,but a poor stability,and is difficult to recycle.This paper discussed the immobilization technology of papain in recent years.A fixed papain,with a broad development prospects,not only maintain the enzyme's catalytic properties,but also overcome the shortcomings of the free enzyme.
