Abstract

To determine the influence of different pretreatment methods on the contents of Fe in the formula milk powder,two different methods,including conventional wet digestion and microwave digestion,were used to treat the sample. Atomic absorption spectrometry was used to test the contents of Fe in the milk powder. The result shows that microwave digestion is better than wet digestion in precision and accuracy for the sample preparation of detecting the content of Fe determined by FAAS in the food.
