Abstract
Objective the effect of clinical Analysis of closed suction drainage and conventional techniques in the treatment of orthopedic trauma of infection. Methods 50 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group, income group were routinely pre-debridement,the treatment group with VSD dressing covering the wound, covering each time 5~7d,attractive skin grafting until the wound granulation fullness OK,according to anti-inflammatory etiology check. The control group, depending on the situation in 1~2d wound dressing change time, place a larger drainage of the wound, while sensitive to antibiotics with anti-inflammatory,and every 5~7d line pathogenic inspected at least once to observe the overall efficacy and healing time differences. Results Treatment group,17 patients cured(68%),7 cases markedly effective(28%),and the total efficiency of 96%.With the control group cured 11 cases(44%) were cured,9 cases(36%),compared with 80% of the total effective rate, the cure rate were significantly different. The treatment group the average wound healing time was significantly shorter, compared with the control group, significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion VSD is a wound infection in orthopedic trauma and should promote the use of a treatment technology that is superior to the traditional dressing and drainage technology.
