Abstract

Objective:To search the effects of transanal surgery for treating degree II~III rectal proplase.Methods:24 patients with rectal prolapse were subjected to triple surgery(staggered multi-layered ligation combined with rectal mucosa, double layers injection with 50% glucose and anal ring reduction surgery). Results:Through the follow-up of 0.5-4 years,18 cases were cured,4 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective with the effective rate of 91.6% and without severe complications and sequelae. Conclusion:Transanal triple surgery for treating rectal prolapse has the advantages such as better long-term curative effect, fewer complications, quicker recovery, lower recurrence rate, which is easy to be popularized and mastered.
