Abstract
Objective: To probe a minimally invasive and effective surgery for the adult rectal prolapse patients and conduct a study on the treatment of the rectal prolapse patients(Ⅱ,Ⅲ) by PPH combined with the traditional operation. Methods: A case-control approach was used to observe the clinical effect of 30 patients who received PPH with the three traditional perirectal space plus sclerotherapy treatment of anal contraction and only simply with the three traditional perirectal space plus sclerotherapy treatment of anal contraction. Results: The study showed that 29 of 30 patients in the observation group were cured and 1 improved, with 96.7% cure rate while 20 of 30 patients in the control group,20 were cured,6 improved and 4 recurred, with 66.67% cure rate. Conclusion: The results show that the application of PPH combined with the traditional operation showed a good effect on the treatment of the rectal prolapse patients(Ⅱ,Ⅲ),and the operation is simple and effective, avoiding the pain of abdominal surge and it is a safe and effective method for the treatment of the adult rectal prolapse patients.
