Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study adenosylmethionine injection on severe jaundice hepatitis.METHODS 120 patients with viral hepatitis were randomly divided into treatment group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases). The control group were treated with conventional liver protection therapy, the treatment group were given s-adenosylmethionine(SAMe)additionally.The effect, liver function and improvement of clinical symptoms in the two groups were observed.RESULTS The two groups showed no significant difference in ALT after treatment(P0.05);TBIL in treatment group was(31.2±9.6)μmol·L-1,which was significantly lower than that of(44.3±10.4)μmol·L-1 in control group(P0.05);ALB(48.6±13.1)μmol·L-1 and PTA(71.1±25.6)μmol·L-1 in treatment group were significantly higher than that of(34.1±10.4)μmol·L-1 and(56.2±19.4)μmol·L-1 in control group(P0.05).The total effective was 73.3%(44/60)in treatment group, which was higher than that of 43.3%(26/60)in control group(P0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups.CONCLUSION SAMe injection for severe jaundice hepatitis couldan improve biochemical hepatitis, accelerated jaundice, the liver functional reserve, with no obvious side effects.
