Abstract

Objective To study the pathogens of urinogenital system infection and its susceptibility for antibiotics. Methods The pathogens were cultured and identified by regular methods according to indications, the susceptibility test was done with agar strip containing quantitative antibiotic. Results Among the 537 samples tested, mycoplasma positive are 49, including 45 ureaplasma urealyticum (female 24, male 21) and 4 mycoplasma hominis (female 2, male 2).The results of susceptibility test of 45 ureaplasma urealyticum demonstrats the sensibility rates of doxycycline and josaxin are 95.6% and 88.9% respectively. Conclusion The occurrence rate of non-gonococcus urethritis shows a increase tendency, ureaplasma urealyticum is one of the main pathogens, and female infection rate is higher than the male's.Doxycycline and jasaxin should be chosen to therapy the infection firstly. We should stress on the test of ureaplasma urealyticum and mycoplasma in order to direct antibiotics using properly.
