Abstract
It is inevitable that occurs claims in engineering project management,the owners and contractor should think highly of claims and enhance the claim sense if they want to manage a engineering project well and implement the maximal benefits. Engineering claim is a part of contract management,it is a complicate,systemic,strict and delicate manage work and it can impact the executive result of contract directly.
