Abstract
The citizen participation is the indispensable link in the process of Public Policy Making and the important channel guarantees the equitable distribution of social value. Citizen express their own benefit demand therefore,participate and influence Public Policy Making through their different ways of participation. At present,citizen in China shows relatively low level of participation in public policy which leads to a number of prominent practical problems. This thesis analyzes and studies the development and present situation of citizen participation in public policy making,digs out the problems,and introduces positive proposals in order to perfect the citizen participation in public policy and eventually provide experience and reference for the improvement of citizen participation in public policy making.
