The Quantitative Analysis of the population in the Northeast of Qing Dynasty

In the early year of Qing Dynasty , the Northeast of the China had a small population and a large area .The serious shortage of workforce had restricted local economic development. During nearly 300 years, the enormous change had taken place in the scale of population of the Northeast, especially in the middle and later periods the number of population had increased sharply. During Qing Dynasty's fierce and turbulent change, the population structure of the Northeast had changed deeply correspondingly, people flowed and moved quite frequently and actively. The population characteristic embodied time's features, and they had great historical contribution to the Northeast in transformation period.
