Abstract

Objective To study the situation of human papillomavirus (HPV)infection in the married females and its subtype distribution. Methods Specimens collected from 1,000 women were used for detecting 23 genotypes HPV by gene chip technology. Results Altogether 320(32%)women were HPV positive among the 1,000 patients. In 320 HPV positive cases,there were 81 cases of HPV-16,42 cases of HPV-18,40 cases of HPV-33 and 38 cases of HPV-58 respectively. 203 cases were single HPV type infection,70 cases were double HPV types infection and 47 cases were multiple HPV types infection,respectively. Conclusion In LeQing City,HPV infection situation of woman was severe. The distinction of HPV genotypes play an important role in prevention and management of CIN and cervical cancer.
