Abstract
Objective To explore pathogenic candida species and antifungal susceptibilities of vulvovaginal candidiasis. Methods The CHROMagar candida color medium and YBC Card identification system were applied to isolate and identify candida strains.Drug sensitivity was analyzed by the Rocso disk diffusion method. Results Candida albicans was the most common species of pathogenic yeasts.Ketoconazole, nystain, clotrimazole, amphotericin B and fluconazol had good antifungal effects to yeasts, miconazole, econazole and itraconazole had less effects. Conclusion Medication should be accorded with the results of antifungal susceptibility test.
