Abstract
Because the enterprise is similar to the organism,the essence of enterprise growth is similar to genetic variation and biological evolution,the enterprise evolution process is integrated Darwinism and Lamarck evolution.And the nature of the enterprise evolution process is the development of technology innovation.The technology innovation is on the push of the external and internal factors through the imitation,cooperation or independent innovation to achieve the evolution of enterprises.
