Research on the Evolution Mechanism of the Theory of Enterprise's Independent Innovation

The imperfection of existing theories and methods of enterprise's independent innovation methods means that there is a great research space in this field. On the basis of evolutionary economics,this paper analyzes the evolution process of the theory and thought of enterprise's independent innovation by using four key concepts of the heredity,variability,selection and retention in biological evolution, trying to know how the theory of enterprise's independent innovation arises, changes, selects and remains,and creates the evolution model of the theory of enterprise's independent innovation.
