Research on the Assessment Index System of Enterprise Safety Culture Based on Analytical Hierarchy Process

The comprehensive index system for enterprise safety culture assessment was obtained by analyzing the factors affecting enterprise safety culture.Then,the hierarchical model for this assessment was constructed by using AHP(analytical hierarchy process),and the factors' weights in the system were ranked.Results show that supervision and control is the chief factor affecting enterprise safety culture construction in China,then is risk assessment and last is family atmosphere,which is in accord with China's situation.Finally,a comprehensive method for enterprise safety culture assessment,which combined AHP and safety culture checklist,was put forward.The applied example shows that the index system is practical and scientific,and the comprehensive assessment method has the quality of high precision and high operability,and is simple to apply.
