Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Enterprises Safety Culture Based on ANP

Abstract

Effectively evaluating enterprise' safety culture can not only promote enterprise's safety management,decrease accidents and promote all the people's whole safe consciousness,but also provide targets,directions and guide for enterprise's safety culture construction.This paper,based on the analysis of enterprise's safety culture in 4 levels,and combined with the actual conditions of enterprise,constructs an evaluation index system of enterprise's safety culture,and then determines the weights of the first and second grade indexes by using ANP.Thereafter,the S enterprise's safety culture is evaluated through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.The results show that the evaluation model is suitable for the enterprise's safety culture evaluation,and also provides a new idea for other enterprises to make safety culture evaluation.Finally,the promotion countermeasures are proposed for the S enterprise from safety culture in 4 levels based on the evaluation results.
