Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the determination of the residues of 5 kinds of organic solvents in Ceftriaxone sodium by headspace gas chromatography. Methods The determination with the FID detector was carried out on a capillary column(packed with 6% cyanopropylphenyl-94% dimethylpolysiloxane)with sequential increase of temperature programming by headspace gas chromatography. The carrier gas was nitrogen. The injector temperature was 180℃ and the detector temperature was 250℃.Results Five kinds of organic solvents were separated completely. It had a good linearity in the experimental concentration. The minimum detection concentration for acetone, acetonitrile, isopropanol, triethylamine, dichloromethane were 0.3,0.7,1.2,5,0.03 μg/ml,separately.The RSD of precision were all6.0%.The average recoveries were 95%~109%.Conclusion The method is simple, with good reproducibility, and the result is accurate and reliable. It can be used for the detection of various residual solvents at the same time.
