Abstract
Embryonic stem cell is a kind of undifferentiated totipotent(pleuripotent)stem cell,which stems from preimplantation ICM or the implanted primordial germ cell .Embryonic stem cell has the capability of immortalization and pleuripotent differentiation.Embryonic stem cell play an important role on animal cloning,development biology,organ transplantation and so on,and has bright application perspective .
