Advance in Study on Embryonic Stem Cell

Embryonic stem cell is a kind of undifferentiated pleuripotent stem cell,which stems form preimplatation ICM or early foetus primordial germ cell.Embryonic stem cell has the capability of immortalization and pleuripotent differentiation.This paper is a review about the advances,biological character and some issues of embryonic stem cell,which have to be settled urgently.It also includes the bright application perspective of embryonic stem cell in developmental biology,clinical medicine,the development of new medicines,animal clone, animal industry and so on.
