Clinical Effect of Morphine Combined with Noninvasive Ventilator Positive Pressure Ventilation in Treating Acute Left Heart Failure

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of morphine combined with noninvasive ventilator positive pressure ventilation in treating acute left heart failure. Methods A total of 70 acute left heart failure patients were selected in the No. 215 Hospital of Shaanxi Nuclear Industry from February 2013 to January 2015, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each of 35 cases. On the basis of basic treatment and conventional anti heart failure treatment,patients in control group were treated with noninvasive ventilator positive pressure ventilation, patients in the observation group were treated with morphine combined with noninvasive ventilator positive pressure ventilation. The clinical effect was compared among the three groups. Results Before the treatment,no statistically significant differences of respiratory rate,heart rate,myocardial oxygen consumption,oxygenation index,serum brain natriuretic peptide( BNP) level,acute physiology and chronic health( APACHE Ⅱ) score and urine volume were found among the three groups( P 0. 05); After treatment,the respiratory rate,heart rate,myocardial oxygen consumption,BNP,APACHE Ⅱ score of observation group were statistically significantly lower than that of control group; oxygenation index and urine volume were statistically significantly higher than that of control group( P 0. 05). The clinical effect of observation group was statistically significantly better than that of control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion Morphine combined with noninvasive ventilator positive pressure ventilation can effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms,and has clinical efficacy.
