Abstract

China is in the new stage of using metropolitan zone to lead urbanization and China metropolitan governance center system innovation includes resetting the position of governmental duty,setting up comprehensive or specific inter-region administrative organizations to strengthen regional coordinated management,making metropolitan regional plan of inter-region,properly using administrative regional adjustment method,emphasizing public participation,developing non-government-organization and so on.
