Abstract

Peste des petits ruminants is an acute infectious disease with characteristics of fever, stomatitis, diarrhea and pneumonia. The basic situation of the first case of Peste des petits ruminants occurring in Ningxia is introduced and comprehensive prevention and control measures including segregation, analysis and monitoring, sterilizing and immunity are taken based on characteristics of epidemic occurrence and a good prevention and control effect has been obtained.
