Existing Problems and Ideas for Its Reform of China's Current Land Acquisition System

Analysis was made of certain existing shortcomings on land acquisition system at first,including blurred agricultural land ownership,jeopardizing the interests of farmers,too broad scope of land requisition and inefficiencies of land resources allocation and low land compensation standards.On this basis,combining academics on the land requisition system reform model discussion,the paper raised the mode of China's land requisition reform framework design,including non-agricultural construction land transfer,the sale of the land division,land price and compensation standard determining and so on.
