Abstract
Fifteen bacteria strains were obtained from isolating six soil samples.Four strains (B11,B14,B19 and B24) are Bacillus sp.They show high antagonistic effect against Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. melons. These strains were used as a biocontrol agent against watermelon wilt in the greenhouse and field, and they showed good effects of control.
