Abstract

OBJECTIVE To diccuss the economic effects of different antibiotic on the treatment of same illness.METHODS 210 cases of lower respiratory tract infections(LRTI) were randomly divided into three groups, azithromycin was to given to the group A,clindamycin phosphate to the group B,and amoxicillin/clavulanate potassium to the group C.And data was evaluated using the pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis.RESULTS The antimicrobial costs of three schemes were RMB 640.00yuan,760.00yuan,and 1328.00yuan and the effective rate were82.85%、80.00%、81.42% respectively.CONCLUSION According to the evaluation with pharmaconomic cost-effectiveness analysis,A is the best therapeutic regime.
